.WORTENDYKE, District Judge.
On August 4, 1960 John W. Dand-ridge, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, filed a petition with the Clerk of this Court seeking discharge from his confinement at the New Jersey State Prison Farm at Rahway, New Jersey, invoking the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2241.
The petition discloses that petitioner is in custody pursuant to a judgment of a Court of the State of New Jersey. Therefore, the petition must be examined to ascertain whether it complies with the requirements of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254. It is the duty of this…
