OPINION

ORRICK, District Judge.

Patricia Campbell Hearst (herein “petitioner” or “defendant”), who is currently serving the remainder of a seven-year sentence for armed bank robbery, moves this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, 1 for an order vacating, setting aside, or correcting her sentence or, in the alternative, for an order reducing her sentence pursuant to Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
