McBRIDE, Judge.

On May 20, 1964, the judicial liquidators of the New Orleans Butchers’ Co-operative Abattoir, Inc., pursuant to an order of court in these proceedings, deposited in the registry of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, through its clerk, the sum of- $21,907.56 due to and for the account of certain named stockholders of record of the corporation as their liquidating-dividends, and also deposited in said registry the sum of $1494 which is the aggregate-amount of certain cash dividends the corporation owed certain named stockholders..
