Introduction
Plaintiff, Victor Conte (hereinafter “Conte”), brought an eight-count complaint against Defendants U.S. Alliance Federal Credit Union (hereinafter “US Alliance”), Affina Brokerage Services, Inc., and three of its employees. Defendants moved to dismiss the Complaint or, in the alternative, for summary judgment.
