Marcus Moon was convicted of armed robbery and aggravated assault. The trial court granted permission for him to file an out-of-time motion for new trial, but then denied the motion. Moon now appeals. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, charges his trial counsel with ineffective assistance, and contends that the trial court erred in disallowing jury strikes and in improperly communicating with a juror.
