The plaintiff, John Braun, has brought this action by his father as guardian ad litem to recover from the defendant, Hassenstein Steel Company, damages for personal injuries, loss of earnings and medical expenses arising out of an accident allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendant. At the time plaintiff was injured he was in the employ of the Standard Construction Company at Worthington, Minnesota.
