JURISDICTION

I concur with the holding of the majority that the court had jurisdiction of Ford. In this connection the record discloses that from the outset Ford resisted and continues-to resist the action here on the ground that, as a non-qualified foreign corporation it was not subject to the jurisdiction of the-court. The contention presents an important question and in disposing of the matter we first turn to pertinent portions of the record.
