MELANSON, Judge.

Joseph Craig Newman appeals from the district court’s order dismissing his applica tion for post-conviction relief. Newman asserts that the district court erred when it did not take judicial notice of certain documents and did not give proper weight to other judicially-noticed documents. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
