Pending before the Court is Defendants' Partial Motion to Dismiss. (Doc. 16.) For the following reasons, the Motion is denied.

I. Background

The First Amended Complaint contains the following allegations: at all relevant times, Plaintiff Deena Stoker was covered under a group long-term disability ("LTD") insurance plan issued by Defendant Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company ("Hartford") and governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA").
