MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE COLLATERAL

This matter came before the Court for a hearing on the Motion to Substitute Collateral filed by the Debtor, Mr. Ralph Suter. Appearing were Mr. James M. Gaines, the attorney for the Debtor, and Ms. Melissa Wimberly Larsen, the attorney for AmSouth Bank of North Alabama.
