OPINION
COHEN, Senior District Judge:
Plaintiff, Joseph Borecki, commenced this action against his former employers, Eastern International Management Corporation (“Eastern”) and Aetna Insulated Wire Company (“Aetna”), and two of their officers, Louis Goodfarb and James Fallon, alleging he was wrongfully terminated in August, 1984.
