This is an appeal from judgments entered in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Kenneth C. Proctor, Judge), following appellant’s convictions by a jury of violations of the narcotics laws. Specifically, the appellant, Ronald Nathan Ertwine, was convicted of: possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of hashish with intent to distribute; possession of D-amphetamines, phenmetrazine, phenobarbital, and secobarbital; and operating a common nuisance.
