Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Plaintiff Nadine Thiele seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”), who denied Plaintiffs applications for disability-insurance benefits and supplemental security income. This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. (Doc. Nos. 12, 17).
