MATTHES, Judge.

Following a A'erdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff for $7,500 for personal injuries, defendants’ motion for judgment in accordance with their motion for a directed verdict was sustained on the ground “that the evidence wholly failed and was insufficient to shoAV any negligence on the part of defendants”. Judgment Avas thereupon rendered in favor of defendants, from which action plaintiff has appealed.
