MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROSEMARY M. COLLYER, District Judge.
Angel Lewis is a former employee of the District of Columbia Public Schools. She brought this suit against the District of Columbia, alleging (1) retaliation for protected activity in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and (2) wrongful discharge and retaliation for seeking workers’ compensation in violation of D.C.Code § 32-1542 and § 1532. The District moves for partial dismissal for failure to state a claim. The Court will grant in part and deny in part the motion.
