Stroitelstvo Bulgaria Ltd. (“Plaintiff’), a Bulgarian company, seeks to recover for damages to its business and property allegedly caused by the Bulgarian-Ameriean Enterprise Fund (“BAEF”) and the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (“Bank”) (collectively “Defendants”).
