In this action to appoint a guardian for the minor child, the Trial Court appointed the grandparents and the child’s aunt and uncle intervened and contested the appointment of the grandparents as guardian. The child’s uncle collected the proceeds of two life insurance policies on the deceased father’s life, who had named his brother the beneficiary under the policies.
