OPINION
GRANT, Justice.
Dr. I. Richard Toranto, the plaintiff below, appeals the granting of the defendants’ (Nancy Wall and Larry Cain) motion for summary judgment dismissing his case. Toranto contends (1) that the trial court erred in granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment based on Toranto’s failure to state a cause of action, (2) that the trial court erred in granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment based on the one-year statute of limitations contained in Tex.Civ.
