Amerisure Insurance Company appeals by right the trial court’s order ruling that the commercial insurance policy Amerisure sold to DeBruyn Produce Company covered the losses caused when De-Bruyn’s former controller issued herself unauthorized checks from the payroll account. We affirm, because the *139facts in this case do not fall within any exception to coverage under the insurance contract between the parties.
