PAPADAKOS, Justice.
In this appeal, we review a sentence of death imposed upon the Appellant, Alfred Jasper, who was convicted in a jury trial *6of one count each of murder in the first degree,1 criminal conspiracy,2 and possession of an instrument of crime3 in the shooting death of Gregory Boykin. The penalty jury found three aggravating circumstances and no mitigating circumstances.
