Appeal from circuit court, Lawrence county. Hon. Joseph B. Moore, Judge. Report of Edward Reilly, assignee for the benefit of creditors. Prom an order allowing the assignee certain amounts as compensation, the creditor, George B. Woodcock, and others, appeal. The facts are stated in the opinion.

The decision in this case will, because of conflicting abstracts, rest largely, if not wholly, upon the original record.
