This is an original action instituted in this court in the name of the state on relation of three owners of property subject to ad valorem taxation by school districts of the state, in behalf of themselves and all other property owners similarly situated, against the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the State Treasurer, and the State Auditor, wherein it is sought by mandamus to compel the apportionment to the various counties of the state and payment to the respective treasurers thereof, of certain funds derived from that part of the proceeds of the collection of income taxes levied…
