HollyAnne Corporation (“HollyAnne”) appeals from the January 6, 1999 order of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, granting defendant TFT, Inc.’s (“TFT”) motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue and ordering the transfer of the case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. This appeal was submitted for our decision following oral argument on November 10, 1999.
