DECISION DISMISSING CHAPTER 13 CASE

From its inception on September 15, 1997, this Chapter 13 case has been nothing more than a calculated effort by Yehuda Tornheim, the above-captioned debtor (“Debtor”), to delay the inevitable. Shortly before filing the petition, the Debtor lost a protracted foreclosure battle, after four years of litigation in the state courts, that resulted in the entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale of his home.
