Before the Court is Defendant's motion for summary judgment [43]. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant's motion for summary judgment [43] is granted. Plaintiff is given until April 29, 2019 to file materials relating to the viability of his retaliation claim, as discussed below. Plaintiff's failure to file these materials by that date will result summary judgment being granted in favor of Defendant on Plaintiff's retaliation claim and this civil case being terminated.
