In the aftermath of a decision rendered by this Court barring the discharge of Paul Dubrowsky (the “Defendant” or “Debtor”), the Estate of Arnold Perlbinder (the “Plaintiff’) has made the instant motion for sanctions against the Debtor, his litigation counsel Kenneth Warner, Esq., and the firm of Coblence and Warner under Bankruptcy Rule 9011, 28 U.S.C.
