This postdivorce action involving child support was heard before me without a jury on March 25, 27, and April 2, 1997.
Plaintiff and defendant were married on December 24, 1973 in New York City, and had one child, Ariel, born on January 6, 1978. On February 15, 1980, plaintiff and defendant executed an agreement concerning maintenance, child support, custody, visitation and personal property (the Agreement), which was incorporated, but not merged in their judgment of divorce entered on April 17, 1980.
