A petition for arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act was filed by debtors, Oscar and Leah Falk, on or about March 26, 1976. Thereafter, on August 27, 1976, their son, Norman Falk, also filed a petition for an arrangement under Chapter XI. Prior to the individuals’ filing, the corporations, 1 of which Oscar and Leah Falk were principal stockholders, filed petitions for an arrangement under Chapter XI.
