In two related actions consolidated for trial, plaintiffs seek to recover, inter alia, damages for personal injuries suffered by Eleanor Balogh when she slipped and fell on a dance floor in a restaurant where she was attending a *137dinner dance. At the trial and during the presentation of plaintiffs’ case, the Trial Judge denied their attorney’s motion for a short continuance and then dismissed both actions.
