This case was referred to Trial-Commissioner Lloyd Fletcher with directions to make findings of fact and recommendation for conclusions of law. The commissioner has done so in a report and opinion filed on June 3, 1966. Plaintiff filed exceptions to the commissioner’s findings of fact and conclusion of law; defendant took no exceptions and requested the court to adopt them as its findings of fact and conclusion of law.
