Before this Court are the preliminary objections in the form of a demurrer filed by Respondents Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) and James L. Grace, Superintendent of the State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Huntingdon (the Superintendent), in his official capacity, (collectively referred to as Respondents), to the pro se amended petition for review filed under this Court’s original jurisdiction by inmate Jon E.
