RENFREW, District Judge:
This action was brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq. In February, 1966, an accident occurred in which Appellee Babbs was injured while engaged in the production of combustible cartridge cases being manufactured by his employer under contract with the United States. The Government appeals from a judg ment against it for $175,000. 1 We affirm.
