This is an appeal from a judgment on demurrers to each of two paragraphs of complaint filed by appellant against appellees.

The first paragraph of complaint alleged:. . . that on January 24, 1919, the defendant Clyde D. Bechdolt was duly elected as Secretary of said Jay County Savings and Trust Company by the Board of Directors of said institution for a period of one year and until his successor should be elected and qualified and acted continuously as such officer until April 18, 1930, at which later day said Trust Company closed its doors for liquidation.
