Who was entitled to the rents and profits of a tract of land upon which a mortgage had been foreclosed during the *485period of redemption, was the question involved in this action, and from the decision in favor of the mortgagor, Henry Edwin Slabaugh, the State Bank of Leon appeals.

The State Bank of Leon held a mortgage on the land for about $24,000. There was a default in payments and a foreclosure action was brought by the bank on February 11, 1924, and a decree of foreclosure was entered on July 12, 1924. A sale of the land was made to…
