Pending is an application for attorneys’ fees by plaintiffs Miklos Vendel (‘Vendel”) and his corporate nominee, Arbitrium (Cayman Island) Handels AG (“Arbitrium”). Vendel incurred those fees in successfully prosecuting this action brought under 8 Del. C. § 225 for a judgment declaring that (i) he is the majority shareholder of Teehnicorp International II, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“TCI II”), and that (i) the defendants, H.
