MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER

MINER, District Judge.

This action arises out of plaintiff Dorlesca Salanger’s allegedly improper discharge from her employment with defendant U.S. Air. Jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. § 1332. A trial to the Court was held on August 7-9, 1984. 1 The final sub missions of counsel were filed on November 16, 1984. There follow the findings of fact and conclusions of law mandated by Fed.R.Civ.P. 52(a).
