When the Circuit Court for Baltimore County sustained, without leave to amend, the demurrer of William E. Riddle, Sr. (selier-builder or appellee) to the amended two-count declaration of Carroll E. Heckrotte, Jr. and wife (buyers or appellants), the aggrieved buyers appealed.
