ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR DISQUALIFICATION
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the defendants’ motion for disqualification pursuant to rule 8.320, Fla.R.Juv.P. (In the interest of avoiding duplicative pleadings in nine cases which are joined for trial, the Court adopted a procedural rule allowing one motion to apply to all unless a defendant expressly opted out. Some defendants, as re-*207fleeted in the record of the May 17th hearing, have declined to join the present motion.)
