OPINION OF THE COURT
JOHNSON, Judge:
After entering a plea of guilty to the lesser-included offense of attempted unpremeditated murder, as well as to larceny and obstruction of justice, the appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone, on the greater offense of premeditated murder. The military judge found the appellant guilty of premeditated murder, larceny,1 and obstruction of justice, in violation of Articles 118,121 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 918, 921, 934.
