In the year of 1916 Marcos Arguello, who was then living, opened a merchandise account at the store of the plaintiffs in Las Vegas, N. M. Arguello died early in 1919, and defendant Fred R. Baca is sued as administrator of his estate. Deceased married defendant Andreillita Prieto de Arguello in September, 1907, and they lived together as man and wife up to the day of Arguello’s death.
