Defendant (Appellant) was convicted, following a trial by jury, of two counts of Murder, - Ind.Code § 85-42-1-1 (Burns 1979), and three counts of Attempted Murder, Ind.Code § 85-41-5-1; § 85-42-1-1 (Burns 1979), and sentenced to five concurrent terms of imprisonment, the longest of which is fifty (50) years.
