This appeal turns on the meaning of a provision in the contract under which the plaintiff, during the year ending July 31, 1937, supplied tires to the defendant 1 for its buses, trolley coaches and supervisors’ and executives’ cars. Both parties performed until the end of the term when they differed about the method of then calculating the purchase price of the tires in use.
