This is an appeal from the district court of the United States for the eastern district of Pennsylvania. The libel, which was to recover freight and damages, was filed by the master of the schooner Percy W. Schall, under the following circumstances: The appellants and respondents below are manufacturers of iron pipe at Millville, iu the state of New Jersey.
