— On May 14, 1898, in a suit begun in the Delaware Circuit Court by Charles and Eudora Tickno-r against the National Home, BuildiUg and Loan Association, organized and existing under the laws of Illinois and having its home office at Bloomington, Illinois, the association was found to be insolvent and appellant Francis J ames was appointed receiver of its assets in Indiana.
