1 ,This appeal concerns a declaratory judgment for the division of ownership of shares in a corporation that did not formally issue stock in the early days of its existence but continued to operate as a business for over 20 years. The dispute is between appellant, who was one of the original incorporators, and the legal heirs of his co-incorporator, who was also appellant’s father. The trial court found that at the time of the co-incorporator’s death, appellant owned 50% of the shares in the corporation and that the co-incorporator owned the other 50% of shares.
