Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in an unlawful detainer action entered pursuant to the court’s order directing a verdict in favor of defendant.
The material facts are these: Plaintiff, an elderly, unmarried woman, owned a four-flat apartment house located in the city of Minneapolis. The apartments, two on the first floor and two on 1 the second, were rented to tenants from month to month.
