This cause came on for consideration upon the Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 18) filed by William Todd Drown, Trustee (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Trustee”) and the Response (Doc. # 21) filed by Carrie Hill (hereinafter “Defendant”) in the above captioned adversary proceeding.
