*539The defendant’s claim that he was deprived of a fair trial by reason of the trial court’s failure to render its written decision denying that branch of his omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony until after the commencement of the trial has not been preserved for appellate review in view of the defendant’s failure to raise an objection thereto at trial (see, People v Belnavis, 76 AD2d 842).
