ROBINSON, J.
The plaintiffs, Amy Rathbun and Tanequa Brayboy, appeal following the judgment of the trial court granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Health Net of the Northeast, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiffs, who are Medicaid recipients, contend that the court erred in determining that the defendant could assert a claim against the plaintiffs to recover the costs of medical care owed to the plaintiffs by responsible third parties. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
