Suit for damages for personal injuries, with verdict and judgment for appellee. Appellant complains, (1) of the denial of a motion for a directed verdict; (2) of errors in the charge; (3) of the denial of the motion for judgment non obstante vere-dicto; and (4) of the denial of a motion for a new trial.
